We invite a skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer with strong Java expertise and some hands-on Python experience to join our team. You'll be a key contributor to our brand-new initiative focused on building a powerful CI/CD tool that aggregates data from internal systems and transforms it into clear, access-controlled dashboards, offering teams and stakeholders real-time visibility into project progress and delivery status.

✅ Is that you?

• 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience, including building backend services that support data aggregation and dashboard generation
• Practical experience with Python
• Experience with unit/integration testing in Java/Python
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and data integration
• Proven experience with access management and role-based permission systems
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Kanban workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Upper-Intermediate English level
  
  

Desirable:

• Familiarity with advanced access control models and modern authentication standards
• Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
• Domain experience in fintech
• Experience working with Harness CI/CD / Harness SEI
  
  

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you'll drive the development of an essential CI/CD tool that aggregates data from various internal systems and generates robust dashboards with strict access control.

• Design and develop new features and backend services that power access-controlled dashboards for different stakeholder levels
• Build and implement integrations with multiple internal systems and data sources
• Ensure high code quality through testing, code reviews, and automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and deliver effective solutions
• Mentor junior developers and actively contribute to team knowledge sharing and growth
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation for new features and integrations
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to support effective planning, collaboration, and continuous improvement
