In this role, you’ll play a key part in modernizing and scaling internal and external platforms. You will work closely with technology leaders and cross-regional teams to transform complex requirements into robust, scalable, full-stack solutions. You'll guide architectural decisions, mentor other engineers, and ensure delivery of high-quality, production-ready software that supports our mission to enable seamless cross-border payments.

What To Expect In This Role (Responsibilities)
Work on end-to-end feature development across frontend and backend

Participate in system design and architectural decisions for scalable solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, DevOps) to align on goals

Ensure performance, security, and quality in every layer of the application

Promote clean, maintainable code and contribute to continuous improvement

Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer

Strong experience with backend development using Java or Golang

Proficiency with JavaScript and frontend frameworks such as React

Experience working with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS)

Comfortable working in agile teams and collaborating across time zones

Nice to Have
Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins)

Experience with modern frontend stacks (e.g., Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS)

Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation

Experience contributing to platform engineering or internal tooling

Interest or experience in working with AI/LLMs, automation, or observability tools
