Your daily pitch

We're on the lookout for a Lead Product Manager (m/f/x) to take ownership of our trading platform – a key part of delivering the best possible sports betting experience to our customers. In this role, you’ll set the direction, define the roadmap, and work across teams to bring high-impact, scalable solutions to life. You’ll be part of a fast-paced environment where innovation, collaboration, and performance matter – just like on the field.

Your playing field

• Define the vision for our trading platform and tools, aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
• Drive the roadmap in collaboration with the Head of Program and Trading Tools – prioritizing effectively and ensuring timely, quality delivery.
• Lead development of trading solutions – from powerful multi-market back-office tools to improvements in our core engine to boost efficiency and margin.
• Run product checks and user acceptance testing (UAT) to make sure deliverables meet expectations before going live.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Trading Operations to ensure fast, smooth delivery of new features and improvements.
• Understand market needs and align platform enhancements with the latest trends and operational demands.
• Foster strong partnerships across departments and teams to ensure seamless delivery of initiatives.

Which skills you should bring to the pitch

• Education. A degree or specialised studies in a related field would be considered as a plus.
• Expertise. 5+ years of experience in managing and delivering end-to-end trading tools and solutions with proven experience in trading and large-scale betting offer management, ideally across multiple licenses/regions with exposure to 500K+ annual events and experience designing or managing customer-facing features or trading consoles.
• Ownership Mentality. Proactive, accountable, and results-driven.
• Communication is Key. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage senior stakeholders.
• Collaboration. Experience collaborating closely with software development and design teams.
• Language. Our main language at Tipico is English, however, since we are the #1 sports betting provider in Germany, German fluency would be considered as a plus.

• Fair remuneration. We offer a competitive salary package, the annual base salary for this position in full-time starts from 70.000 Euro. The actual offer will depend on your skills and experience and can be higher.
