Senior Data Analyst

About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team in Lithuania.

In this role, you will:

• Analyze system performance and generate actionable insights for internal teams and customers.
• Investigate error scenarios to identify trends and potential system improvements.
• Take ownership of data quality by working closely with development, data engineering, and research teams.
• Optimize performance, improve tools, and refine AI algorithms through data labeling and trend analysis.
• Develop dashboards and automated analytics to visualize key metrics and track performance.
• Provide ongoing and ad-hoc reports.

The compensation package is from 3100 to 3800 EUR (gross) depending on your experience.

What You Need:

• 3+ years of experience with SQL
• 2+ years of experience with Python (Pandas)
• 3+ years working as a Data Analyst, handling large-scale data and defining KPIs
• Experience in automating analytics processes for large datasets
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools for dashboard creation
• Strong statistical analysis skills for meaningful insights and presentations
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot system issues
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent English (spoken and written) for collaboration in an international team

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Knowledge of networking technologies
• Experience with Wireshark for network data analysis
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS – Athena, S3)
• Experience with Git, Docker, and software development infrastructure
• BS+ in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
• Interest in new technology and inventions
