Senior Software Engineer - High-Tech Systems

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a high-performing team developing large-scale, high-tech systems for cutting-edge industries (medical, semiconductor, automation etc). You’ll work on a variety of technical challenges, ranging from low-level driver development and algorithm implementation to building UI applications and improving system communication. In addition, this is a great opportunity to expand your technical leadership and grow into a more strategic role, depending on your ambition.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, implementing, and verifying software modules and subsystems
• Developing interfaces for data exchange between components
• Troubleshooting and resolving software issues
• Testing using GMock, simulations, and automation frameworks
• Writing clean, maintainable, and structured code
• Participating in Agile ceremonies and architecture/design discussions
• Reviewing code and mentoring junior engineers

What you bring:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related field
• At least 6 years of experience in software development with C++. C and Python is a plus
• Some knowledge of FPGAs and hardware development is a good extra
• Strong understanding of OOP, UML, TDD/BDD, Unit Testing, Design Patterns, and Agile development
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
