We are seeking a Senior Golang Developer with solid hands-on experience in building and supporting data pipelines, particularly using Google Pub/Sub and Google BigTable. This position requires a highly technical, proactive, and independent profile—similar to that of seasoned engineers like George or Vasco.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs used by thousands of global customers
• Work with large-scale data pipelines to efficiently process and deliver search data
• Collaborate closely with engineering, solutions architecture, product, and customer success teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data infrastructure and system reliability
• Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of all developed systems
  
  

Requirements / Must be clearly listed on your CV

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Golang Developer
• 3+ years working with data pipelines in production environments
• Proven hands-on experience with Google Cloud services, especially Pub/Sub and BigTable
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, particularly in data systems and API integration
• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and drive tasks to completion
• Experience handling large datasets in fast-paced and scalable architectures
• Fluent in English, with excellent soft skills — clear communication, accountability, and initiative are essential
• Mandatory location: Portugal
