What will be your role

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join a fast-growing start-up in the logistics sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact how the company scales and grows, while working on data-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and decision-making.

The position is based in the Netherlands, and candidates must be open to relocation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Power BI to support decision-making across business units.
• Use SQL and Python to analyze, clean, and transform data from multiple sources.
• Work with large-scale datasets, ensuring accuracy, quality, and reliability of the data.
• Integrate and manage data from cloud platforms, preferably AWS (S3, Glue, Athena, Redshift).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective analytics solutions.
• Support the design and maintenance of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
• Communicate complex analytical insights in a clear and actionable way for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to a fast-moving environment by building structured, scalable, and maintainable data solutions.
• (Nice to Have) Contribute to Data Science and Machine Learning projects to further enhance analytics capabilities.

What should you bring to the team?

• 3/+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or Business Analytics, or equivalent professional experience.
• Advanced skills in Power BI for reporting and visualization.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Python for analytics and data transformation.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Legal authorization to work in the EU and availability to relocate to the Netherlands.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
