About The Role

Join Essity’s Global IT Services, a key part of our Global Digital & Business Services unit. We provide essential shared services across the organization, driving operational efficiencies. As a Senior IT Project Manager in the digital marketing area, you will lead and manage projects that drive our product content efficiency and effectiveness. Your work will ensure the successful execution of our digital marketing strategies across various regions.

What You Will Do

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects focused on PIM (Product Information Management) and DAM (Digital Asset Management) solutions, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Lead initiatives to modernize our digital marketing ecosystem, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Manage stakeholders from both Business and IT, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Oversee suppliers and partners supporting project execution.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges in project execution.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and lessons learned.
• Establish and lead efficient project teams to ensure successful planning, execution, and progress review.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to align project goals with business objectives.
• Coach and mentor team members, helping them clarify goals and actions to achieve them.
• Ensure a value-oriented approach, challenging business value when necessary.
  
  

Who You Are

• University degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline. An advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of proven leadership in managing medium to large IT projects.
• Experience in digital marketing and PIM projects.
• Strong skills in planning, executing, and closing projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges during projects.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills for managing stakeholders and team members.
• Strong sense of urgency, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced, priority-changing environment.
• Project Management, Agile, and Scrum-related certifications are a plus.

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to travel 10-15% on average.
