Lead C/C++ Developer – Zephyr RTOS

Location: Wroclaw (hybrid)

Start date: mid-September 2025

Duration: 6 months

We are currently looking for an experienced Lead C/C++ Developer with strong expertise in Zephyr RTOS for one of our clients in the embedded systems domain.

What You’ll Be Working On

You’ll join a Delivery team developing embedded software for modern home appliances – technically advanced systems built around multiple embedded nodes connected via bus networks. These nodes collect real-time data on parameters like pressure, temperature, and mechanical movements. The software you develop will be responsible for processing this data and precisely controlling actuators such as motors, heaters, valves, pumps, and fans. Additionally, the system must remain interconnected with other devices as part of smart home ecosystems.

Your Core Tasks Will Include

• Designing and implementing low-level drivers
• Ensuring compliance with IEC 60730 and EMC standards
• Applying secure coding practices and architecture-level thinking in all development phases
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience with Zephyr RTOS in production-grade projects
• Strong background in developing low-level drivers
• Solid understanding of embedded systems and microcontroller architectures
• 7+ years of experience in embedded software development
• Advanced proficiency in C++
• Experience with RTOS concepts and real-time system constraints
• Familiarity with debugging and profiling tools for embedded systems
• Knowledge of secure coding, basic cryptography, and software security principles
• Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written)
• Experience in the home appliances / white goods industry is a strong plus
