Delivery Lead/ Srum master

Role

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Lead to oversee the end-to-end execution of complex programs and initiatives. This role requires strategic leadership across project management, agile delivery, financial oversight, and executive stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate is not only experienced in Scrum or Agile frameworks but also demonstrates the ability to drive outcomes at scale, influence senior leadership, and ensure alignment across business and technical teams.

We are looking for someone who can perform day-to-day scrum master duties, but can also handle PM responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Delivery Management:

• Own the successful delivery of strategic initiatives, from discovery to deployment.
• Coordinate multiple cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Drive governance processes, reporting, and risk/issue management at the program level.
• Escalate and resolve blockers proactively to maintain momentum and quality delivery.

Leadership & Team Oversight:

• Provide oversight and guidance to Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and team leads.
• Build high-performing delivery teams by setting clear expectations, enabling accountability, and promoting continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and delivery excellence.

Financial & Resource Management:

• Define program budgets and delivery forecasts with business stakeholders.
• Track actuals vs. forecast, manage cost controls, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Optimize resource planning across teams and vendors to ensure effective allocation.

Executive & Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership and executive sponsors.
• Translate technical and delivery information into strategic insights for executive consumption.
• Prepare and deliver executive briefings, steering committee updates, and business reviews.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and align delivery outcomes with business priorities.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in delivery/project/program management in Agile or hybrid environments.
• Experience managing multiple teams and workstreams concurrently.
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills at C-level.
• Certifications such as SAFe, PMP, or MSP are a plus.
