Customer Project Manager

We’re Hiring: Customer Project Manager 2 | IT/Telco Projects | Remote/Warsaw, Poland

Join us as a Customer Project Manager 2 to lead and deliver high-impact customer-facing projects with a focus on stakeholder satisfaction, budget adherence, and quality outcomes. This role is ideal for a seasoned project management professional with a strong track record in customer engagement, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration within IT or Telco environments.

You’ll be responsible for managing multiple medium-to-large scale projects, ensuring successful delivery from initiation through closure while aligning to customer business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of transactional and subscription-based customer projects
• Drive delivery excellence by ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project outcomes
• Provide strategic vision and alignment across internal and customer stakeholders
• Manage project financials, profitability, scope, and change management processes
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity
• Oversee partner and third-party delivery efforts, ensuring seamless coordination
• Track metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and report executive-level summaries
• Act as a mentor to junior project managers and contribute to project management best practices
• Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities within customer engagements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 6+ years of experience in a project management role, ideally in an IT or Telco environment
• Proven experience managing multiple moderate-to-high complexity projects
• Strong knowledge of stakeholder and communication management principles
• Excellent communication, escalation handling, and proactive decision-making skills
• Ability to work across teams and cultures, coordinating cross-functional deliverables
• Experience with financial tracking and creating executive summaries
• PMP certification is a strong advantage
