Job Description:-

Requirement:

• Typically requires BSc Computer Science or equivalent plus 3-6 years of relevant work experience. Advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Expert level (e.g. CCIE) or equivalent relevant certification desired.
• Has working knowledge of software programmability, automation, orchestration and/or virtualisation.
• Skills: Proven experience in implementing troubleshooting and/or Security solutions across Enterprise and Service provider environments & Ability to troubleshoot, own and resolve implementation problems during migrations.
• Competencies: Technical expertise in Collaboration technology domain with demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas — Cloud Collaboration (Webex, UCM Cloud), Contact Center (UCCE, Webex Contact Center), Automation, Webex API, Unified Communications (CUCM, IM&P, Unity Connection), Video technologies, Call Routing, SIP, and VoIP technologies.
