Performance Development Specialist

Metropolitan is expanding its Performance Team and we’re looking for a data-driven, results-oriented Performance Development Specialist to support our Performance Department in unlocking the full potential of our real estate sales teams.

What You’ll Do:

Performance Monitoring & Analysis

• Track daily/weekly/monthly KPIs: calls, leads, meetings, listings, and conversions
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Deliver timely reports with actionable insights

Reporting & Strategic Insights

• Develop structured dashboards and performance updates
• Flag inactivity, low pipelines, or KPI non-compliance
• Turn raw data into performance-boosting recommendations

Team Leader & Agent Support

• Help Team Leaders understand and improve their team’s performance
• Recommend improvement plans for low performers
• Assist in setting and reviewing monthly targets

Sales Training & Development

• Identify skill gaps and deliver short, impactful training sessions
• Support onboarding, sales coaching, and team leader development in partnership with the Training Department

Recognition & Accountability

• Spot and celebrate top performers
• Assist in preparing performance-related documentation for underperformance cases

You’ll Excel If You Have:

• Experience in performance management, sales operations, or real estate analytics
• Proven success in supporting or delivering sales and management training
• Strong analytical skills and CRM/Excel proficiency
• Excellent communication, coaching, and feedback delivery skills
• A proactive, structured, and detail-oriented mindset
