Key Responsibilities:

• Production Excellence: Oversee production environments, ensuring optimized performance and reduced incidents over time.
• Automation & Optimization: Drive automation initiatives, streamline deployment processes, and enhance CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
• Monitoring & Incident Management: Design and implement monitoring and alerting systems, respond swiftly to incidents, and take a holistic approach to problem-solving across tech stacks.
• Lifecycle Engagement: Support the entire service lifecycle—from inception and design to deployment, operation, and refinement.

Essential Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Linux & Shell Scripting Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk or Dynatrace.
• Expertise with CI/CD tools, particularly Jenkins Familiarity with Cloud applications and REST/Web APIs.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible or Chef.
