Our client is looking for a Vice President of AI and Data Productization to lead the identification and evaluation of AI tools, platforms, and solutions that can deliver meaningful value to the SMB market, both within the business and across adjacent growth areas.

The focus of this role is to shape a pipeline of high-impact, AI-enabled offerings that enhance the company’s wider digital ecosystem. We're looking for a senior leader with a strong track record in recognizing emerging AI trends, translating concepts into actionable strategies, and driving measurable impact for SMBs through smart adoption and value optimization.

What You’ll Do

• Define and lead the strategic roadmap for AI-led digital product innovation, with a focus on SMB customer needs
• Oversee the end-to-end development of intelligent digital products powered by AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify business challenges and translate them into AI-enabled opportunities
• Build and evolve enterprise platforms with reusable AI components across verticals
• Drive experimentation and adoption of technologies such as generative AI, NLP, computer vision, and intelligent automation
• Champion a data-driven product mindset and foster AI literacy across business units

What We’re Looking For

• 15+ years of experience in AI/ML, data, or digital product leadership roles
• A strong track record of building and scaling AI-powered digital products, ideally in B2B or SMB-focused environments
• Deep expertise in AI/ML platforms, MLOps, cloud data ecosystems, and digital product frameworks
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into commercial product value
• Proven experience working in large, matrixed organizations and driving outcomes through cross-functional alignment
• A Master’s or Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field
