We're hiring an experienced Red Team Specialist / Penetration Tester to join one of Norway’s most exciting security teams. This is your opportunity to work on realistic red team operations, help improve detection and response capabilities, and shape the future of offensive security services for clients operating in critical and complex environments.

What you'll do:

• Plan and execute advanced red team exercises simulating real-life threat actor behaviors
• Use frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, TIBER-EU, and DORA TLTP to structure and report operations
• Conduct attack scenarios across digital, physical, and social engineering vectors
• Work with blue teams, SOC, and IR to fine-tune detection and improve cyber resilience
• Build internal tools, develop new techniques, and evolve the offensive testing methodology

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years in red teaming, penetration testing, or advanced security testing
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, networking, cloud infrastructure, and exploit techniques
• Hands-on experience with C2 frameworks and custom tooling
• Deep understanding of adversary simulation frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK
• Strong communication skills – able to convey findings clearly to technical and business audiences
• Relevant certifications are a plus: CRTO, OSEP, CAPE, CPTS or equivalent
• Must speak fluent Norwegian.
