We’re partnering with a leading consultancy that delivers advanced security solutions to some of Norway’s most socially critical environments. Right now, they're looking for a Network Security Engineer who thrives at the intersection of firewalls, segmentation, cloud, and secure infrastructure.

If you're passionate about secure networks — and like working with tools like NSX, Fortinet, or Zscaler — this is a chance to do meaningful work, at scale.

You might work on:

• Designing segmentation and micro-segmentation with VMware NSX
• Implementing and managing Fortinet and Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) firewall solutions
• Developing secure zone architecture, access policies, and traffic flows
• Integrating with IDS/IPS, SIEM, and SOC platforms
• VPN, proxy, routing, and high-availability configurations
• Providing operational support + strategic guidance to high-profile clients
• Contributing to documentation, training, and continuous improvement of security processes

Ideal experience:

• 3+ years in networking and/or virtualization with a security mindset
• Hands-on with Fortinet, NSX, Zscaler, or similar technologies (Palo Alto, Cisco, Check Point, etc.)
• Strong understanding of segmentation, VPN, routing, IDS/IPS, and network security architecture
• Familiarity with Gatewatcher, Snort, Suricata, or other detection tools
• Comfortable collaborating with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
