AI Engineer - Python

Our client is a leading AI start-up specialises in the AI Agent space. They are looking for Python Engineers to join their growing team in Singapore to focus on the core product development.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the core product development
• Design and implement an intelligent and highly available AI dialogue and RAG system architecture
• Build an efficient hybrid retrieval system that combines semantic search and keyword search to achieve optimal retrieval performance;
• Responsible for the design and development of AI-related API interfaces, ensuring system stability and scalability;

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field
• 3+ years of working experience as a Backend Engineer; prior experience in the AI industry is a plus
• Programming proficiency in Python; understanding of databases, caching, message queues and microservice architecture
• Prior experience dealing with complicated and large scale systems is a plus
