At Weave, our mission is to evolve how therapeutic knowledge is communicated, transformed, and worked upon. We are doing so by equipping human minds with AI instruments to enable the best drugs to be brought to patients as rapidly, safely, and inexpensively as possible.

The Weave Platform streamlines regulatory submission preparation and lifecycle management by imbuing most aspects of the workflow with AI, including data organization, drafting, review, and verification. Weave is building the foundation for a singular AI workbench for the entire therapeutic lifecycle.

The Role & Your Mission

We're looking for a Frontend Engineer that can make the UX of our platform sing. You'll be successful in this role if you can go from idea, to experiment, to testing, to production without getting lost or stuck at one of the steps. We care more about solving problems than using the latest buzz. We prefer simple, well-tested, stable solutions that are dependable, yet impressive.

What You'll Own

• Understanding customer problems and translating that into simple solutions.
• Working with Product Manager and Designers to develop usable solutions for customers.
• Writing performant, simple, well-tested frontend code in Typescript and React.
• Building a document editor experience with multi-player, collaborative features.
• Participate in the software design for projects.
• Managing ongoing conceptual and technical complexity while delivering value on Product projects.

React and web component use in a production environment

Able to move quickly on tasks while producing high-quality results

Bonus: worked on a product in a regulated domain or where data privacy + security were essential
