Job Description

• Recruitment for the plant (posting vacancies, initial independent screening and candidate search, conducting preliminary interviews)
• Work in systems: SAP SuccessFactors, Smart Recruiters and others
• Development and implementation of an effective approach to Learning& Development process at the plant
• Support performance & talent management processes
• HR Analitycs & KPI tracking (monthly etc)
• Perticipation in other HR projects at the plant
  
  

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in HR
• Experience with HR systems
• Intermediate level of English (required)
• Strong communication and analitycal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Result-oriented, multitasking, flexible, and ready to take responsibility for own processes
