We are looking for an Analytics Team Lead to join our team.

Job Description

• Lead and mentor the analytics team.
• Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to analysts.
• Align analytics initiatives with business priorities, focusing on user acquisition, retention, monetization, fraud detection, and responsible gaming.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for product, marketing, finance, risk, and compliance teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and top management to understand needs, gather requirements, and deliver relevant analytical solutions.
• Build and optimize data processes.
• Oversee the development and automation of dashboards, reports, and data pipelines to ensure timely and accurate insights.
• Design and evaluate experiments (A/B testing).
• Support product and marketing teams in setting up and analyzing experiments to optimize conversion rates, promotions, and user engagement.
• Set up alert systems and regular reporting for KPIs such as GGR, NGR, ARPU, churn rate, and LTV across different markets and segments.
• Ensure analytical support for audits, reporting obligations, and responsible gambling practices, especially in regulated markets.
• Identify patterns, trends, and strategic opportunities through exploratory analysis and predictive modeling.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in leading a team of Analysts, with proven ability to mentor.
• Experience in the gambling industry will be a strong advantage.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, delivering insights that drive business decisions.
• Advanced knowledge of BI tools (preferably Tableau), with a strong ability to translate data into actionable dashboards and reports.
• Experience in developing and scaling analytical processes, frameworks, and team competencies.
• Solid understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and key business performance metrics.
