While also reviewing and adjusting the tasks and structure to suit the needs of each student to ensure the best progress is made. This role can also involve working alongside students with challenging behavioural and learning needs (ASD, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression etc.), so you will need to be adaptable, adopting a different approach to each interaction you have to the most beneficial output.
