About the Role
You’ll work with a variety of datasets to identify trends, build dashboards, and communicate findings in ways that support strategy and policy development. The role offers broad scope for creativity and innovation in how data is collected, processed, visualised, and communicated.
This is more than just a technical role you’ll be helping decision-makers see the story behind the data, shaping how information is used across the organisation.
 
💼 Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative solutions to complex data analysis and collection challenges
• Use tools such as Power BI, Python/R, Excel, and SQL to clean, process, and visualise data
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data products
• Ensure data is accurate, up to date, and securely managed
• Translate technical analysis into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders
• Engage with internal teams and provide actionable, data-driven advice

 
✅ What You’ll Bring

• Demonstrated experience across the full data pipeline: ETL, wrangling, analysis, and visualisation
• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel, with knowledge of Python or R and SQL
• An analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
• Confidence presenting complex information to varied audiences
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
• A relevant qualification is desirable, but experience in similar roles will also be highly regarded
