Sr. People Deployment

In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Staffing and Deployment team you are expected to analyze utilization on a regular basis and align the business rules according with utilization, forecast metrics and missing hours impact. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You are expected to focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while navigating increasingly complex situations and growing your personal brand and technical proficiency.

• Forecast metrics and assess impact of missing hours
• Analyze and resolve complex issues
• Mentor and guide junior team members
• Maintain elevated standards in deliverables
• Build and nurture client relationships
• Develop a thorough understanding of business contexts
• Navigate complex situations with confidence
• High School Diploma (mandatory)
• 2 years of experience (mandatory)
• Oral and written proficiency in English required (mandatory)
• Bachelor's Degree in Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Business Administration/Management, Business Analytics preferred
• Experience working in large teams
• Knowledge and experience with financial data/topics
• Experience with data analysis and reporting using Alteryx (nice to have)
• Analyzing utilization and aligning business rules
• Generating and reviewing reports of utilization
• Participating on staffing calls with Deployment Consultants
• Supporting the Deployment Consultants on campus deployment processes
• Helping staff understand policies and business processes
• Understand the importance of have a correct information management
• Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
