Internship Data Privacy

As an intern, you'll support our Center of Expertise in the field of data privacy in a global, dynamic environment, including our Corporate Projects such as Formula 1, our Football Clubs, and other global initiatives.

You'll play a key role in our global Privacy Policy project – including coordinating translations, managing versions, and helping design a new regular update process. You'll also help developing an information exchange process between this project and the ongoing ROPA initiative, and assist in reviewing local privacy policies.

We are looking for someone who can join our team in October for six months.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

SUPPORT THE CENTER OF EXPERTISE

You'll assist the team with day-to-day tasks and take part in advising on data privacy matters.

PRIVACY POLICY PROJECT

In this internship you'll support the global rollout of the revised privacy policy – including translation management, version control and other supporting measures.

PROCESS DESIGN

You'll help to further develop a process for efficient information exchange between the privacy policy and ROPA initiative.

ASSESSMENT OF LOCAL POLICIES

Additional you'll assist in the analysis and evaluation of existing local privacy policies around the world.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student in at least the third semester of a business, law, or IT-related major
• Passion for Data and Privacy
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Above-average Microsoft Office skills (especially Word and Excel)
• Understanding of technical concepts and legal issues and contract templates
• Structured work style
• Motivation to work in a team environment with the ability to communicate effectively
