As a Product Designer (m/f/d), you play a central role in crafting exceptional digital experiences for families across Germany. You are the creative mind behind developing new features and continuously enhancing the experience of our popular app.

What You'll Be Doing

You ensure our community enjoys a great product experience while learning to manage money.
You create innovative solutions for complex problems, helping to continuously improve Bling’s products.
You design wireframes and prototypes, collaborating closely with the product team to develop them into final designs.
You plan and conduct user tests to continuously enhance the usability and user experience of the Bling app.
You evolve our design language and improve our design system on an ongoing basis.
You stay aligned with company and team goals, actively contributing to their achievement.

What we're looking for:

You bring 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a focus on apps.
You’re skilled in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and experienced in using design systems.
You have hands-on experience with user research, user testing, and A/B testing.
You’re accustomed to working interactively—forming, testing, and re-evaluating hypotheses.
You take a proactive, goal-oriented approach and can independently set priorities.
You’re open to debating ideas and also receptive to constructive feedback.
You constantly ask yourself how things could be made even simpler.
You’re ideally fluent in both German and English.
