Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine software requirements based on customer needs and system specifications
• Upgrade and assess the operation of R&D equipment
• Derive interface requirements between software components from system and software architecture
• Implement unit tests and automated regression tests to ensure high-quality software performance
• Engage in design and code reviews
• Handle build, release, and installation processes for software deployment
• Work proactively with customers and internal teams to define software requirements
• Analyse and integrate change requests into the software requirements
• Continuously improve the software requirements engineering process

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in software development, ideally with a background in VR/AR or game development
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as C++, C#, or Unreal Engine
• Familiarity with VR-specific tools and platforms like Unity, Unreal Engine, or OpenVR
• Experience with real-time graphics programming, 3D mathematics, and shader development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented mindset and collaborative work style
• A passion for VR technology and an ambition to innovate in the field
