UX/UI Designer

We are looking

for a UX/UI Designer to join our CRM & Emails team at Kilo Health. In this role, you'll help supercharge how we communicate with users across a variety of health and wellness products, through visually engaging, high-converting email campaigns and CRM flows.

If you're highly skilled in Figma with a strong graphic design background, a vivid imagination, and a knack for designing user-centric performance assets, this is your chance to have a tangible impact on millions of customers.

Get ready to

Play a central role in elevating the quality, speed, and creative impact of our CRM & Emails team
Own the visual direction of our CRM & Email campaigns, from design concept to execution
Create compelling, responsive design assets for emails, banners, popups, email-checkouts and other CRM-related formats
Collaborate with CRM specialists, copywriters, marketers, and product teams to deliver seamless and effective user journeys
Work with data and experimentation results (like A/B tests) to iterate and refine design solutions for better performance
Help build and maintain a scalable design system tailored to CRM & Email workflows
Contribute to improving team efficiency by creating modular, reusable templates and design libraries

We expect you to

Have 2+ years of experience in UX/UI or graphic design, with a strong portfolio focused on email marketing, CRM, or digital product design
Be highly proficient in Figma (required) and preferably to have experience with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or After Effects
Demonstrate strong visual design skills, including layout, hierarchy, typography, and a keen eye for performance-driven visuals
Be creative and imaginative, while also driven by user engagement data and conversion goals
Understand the fundamentals of responsive design, especially for emails and mobile-first formats
Be process-oriented and comfortable in fast-paced, agile environments with shifting priorities
Collaborate easily with cross-functional teams to deliver results
Be fluent in Lithuanian and English

Salary

Gross salary range is 4000 - 5000 EUR/month.

Location

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
