What are we looking for? 🔎

• Support the Business Development team in identifying, analyzing, and selecting products to develop, both generic and innovative.
• Perform quantitative (market data) and qualitative (strategic evaluations) analyses within portfolio selection and new product development.
• Regularly monitor competitor performance.
• Create KPIs and dashboards to provide insights into the execution quality of the Business Development and Portfolio teams.
• Develop benchmarks to monitor company performance against peers.
• Understand and feel comfortable with clinical and scientific language.
• Work on strategic or operational projects.

• Translate business rules into data logic to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with different departments to ensure quality and relevance of analysis.
• Present results in a structured, clear, and convincing manner.

What do you need? 🤓

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business (double major or Master’s in Data Science is a plus). Knowledge in Health Sciences is valued.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Investigative and curious mindset with strong ability to understand business rules and translate them into data logic.
• Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work in a highly collaborative environment.
