General information

We are looking for a Data Analyst with hands-on RPA development skills, who will contribute to strategic initiatives in Business Process Automation, with a strong focus on innovation and the future of Agentic Automation (autonomous, AI-driven automation). The role combines analytical work on business processes and data, with hands-on development using the UiPath platform. You will work closely with the Business Process Automation Platform team to implement scalable, high-impact automation solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify automation and optimization opportunities, in collaboration with business stakeholders;
• Interpret operational data to support prioritization and evaluation of automation initiatives;
• Build dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI) to monitor automation performance and showcase business impact;
• Document business requirements and help shape suitable technical automation solutions;
• Develop, test, and maintain RPA workflows using UiPath Studio, ensuring alignment with best practices;
• Deploy and manage automation components in UiPath Orchestrator, including scheduling and monitoring;
• Collaborate with the Business Process Automation Platform team to align with development standards, ensure reusability and scalability;
• Support UAT and post-deployment monitoring of developed processes.
  
  

Contribute to initiatives involving AI and agentic automation by providing data and process insights.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in relevant roles;
• Background in cross-functional projects combining data, process, and development;
• Experience delivering automation in complex business environments (industry, SSC, enterprise IT);
• UiPath Studio (workflow design, exception handling) Advanced;
• UiPath Orchestrator (deployment, monitoring) Intermediate;
• Data analysis and performance KPIs Advanced;
• SQL (data querying and modeling) Intermediate;
• Power BI (reporting & data visualization) Intermediate;
• RPA, AI & Intelligent Automation concepts Intermediate;
• Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) Intermediate;
• Experience with LLM (Large Language Models) and their integration into automation flows is a strong plus.
