About This Position

Join Henkel as a HR Processes Specialist, where you'll support the smooth running of HR operations across the Nordics, with a strong focus on HR processes, governance, and digital tools. In this role, you’ll help manage compensation and benefits structures, maintain HR data, and act as a super-user for HR systems and digital initiatives. You’ll support continuous improvement and provide insights through data analysis and reporting, helping to shape a positive employee experience while ensuring operational excellence.

What You´ll Do

  • Manage day-to-day aspects of compensation structures and benefits programs.
  • Support and help implement recognition and well-being initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Act as a super-user for HRIS (including Workforce Management systems) and support HR digitalisation projects.
  • Prepare workforce analytics and deliver regular and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards.
  • Address and resolve employee queries across a range of HR topics.
  • Support compliance and governance across all HR processes, ensuring alignment with local legislation and internal policies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, tools, and systems.
  • Support internal payroll processes, data preparation and checks across Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Norway during key periods.

What makes you a good fit

  • Proven experience in HR operations, compensation & benefits, or a related HR support role.
  • Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS); knowledge of Dayforce is a plus.
  • Digital mindset with a strong interest in systems and automation.
  • Understanding of HR governance and compliance.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to generate meaningful reports.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and process-focused, with a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel; confident handling data and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and virtual collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written); Finnish is a plus.
  • A degree or suitable qualification in HR, Business, Data, Finance or a related discipline.
