This role requires highly skilled and detail-oriented professional tasked with providing top-tier administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This role acts as a key support to senior management, while coordinating with internal departments, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth office operations aligned with RAK DAO’s strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, meeting rooms, supplies, equipment, and facility management.
- Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO and senior leadership (e.g., calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and document preparation).
- Coordinate and manage relationships with office vendors, service providers, and maintenance contractors.
- Maintain organized documentation of contracts, correspondence, licenses, and office-related documents.
- Manage sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. High level of proficiency in office software and applications
- Proven experience of minimum 5 years as an Executive Assistant / Office Manager supporting C-level executives in a high-stakes environment.
