Position: UI/UX Design Intern

We are seeking a passionate and aspiring UI/UX Design Intern to join our growing product team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our experienced designers, contributing to the user experience and visual design of our innovative AI-powered products. You'll gain practical experience in various stages of the design process, from research to prototyping, in a flexible, remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research Support: Assist in conducting user research activities, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights and understand user needs.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile interfaces.
• UI Design: Contribute to the visual design of user interfaces, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and design systems.
• Design Documentation: Help prepare design specifications, user flows, and design documentation.
• Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from user testing, stakeholders, and team members into design iterations.
• Design System Contribution: Assist in maintaining and evolving our design system components and guidelines.
• Competitive Analysis: Research and analyze competitor products and industry best practices to identify design trends and opportunities.
• Ad-hoc Design Tasks: Support the design team with various tasks as needed to ensure project success.

Who You Are:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Possess a portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design projects (academic or personal).
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Basic understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility.
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to take initiative in a remote setting.
• Ability to receive and act on constructive feedback.
