Desktop Support Engineer

This is a full-time on-site role located in Trondheim for a Desktop Support Engineer. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for desktop computers and printers. The role involves performing hardware maintenance, resolving network issues, and assisting with IT-related queries. The engineer will also be expected to manage and resolve support tickets, configure and install desktop equipment, and ensure all technical operations run smoothly and efficiently.

• Experience with Desktop Computers, Computer Hardware, and associated peripherals
• Proficiency in Technical Support and Printer Support
• Strong Troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Relevant certifications (such as CompTIA A+) are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
