We are currently hiring a Business Analyst – Commercial and Pricing to drive data-backed decision-making and support commercial performance across all business units.

About the Role:
The Business Analyst – Commercial and Pricing plays a key role in analysing commercial data, optimizing financial performance, and supporting cross-functional decision-making. This role works closely with commercial teams, finance, operations, and marketing to generate actionable insights that drive business growth, improve profitability, and enhance service delivery across hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and laboratories.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Gather and analyse datasets from sources including EMR, billing systems, CRM, financial systems, and market intelligence
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports on KPIs such as revenue, patient volume, utilization, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Perform ad hoc analysis to support business planning and strategy
- Identify trends and insights across complex healthcare datasets
Commercial Performance and Optimization:
- Identify areas of commercial underperformance and suggest corrective actions
- Analyse patient journeys and workflows to support commercial efficiency
- Collaborate with teams to implement and track improvement initiatives
Forecasting and Budgeting:
- Support development of forecasts and budgets using historical and market data
- Monitor performance against plans and explain key variances
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Healthcare Administration or related fields
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years in a Business or Financial Analyst role, preferably within healthcare
- Prior experience working with commercial data across hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, or labs
- Exposure to revenue cycle management or service line profitability is preferred
Technical Skills:
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills including advanced formulas and modeling
- Proficient in Power BI or QlikView for visualization
- Experience with SQL for data extraction and transformation
- Familiarity with EMR systems and healthcare data platforms
- Exposure to R, Python, or SPSS is a plus
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences
- Self-driven, collaborative, and detail-oriented
- Skilled at handling multiple priorities and meeting tight timelines
