We’re working with a leading organisation headquartered in Oslo, currently seeking a number of Senior Data Analysts for a fully remote contract position. This role will support the business in delivering high-quality dashboards, advanced analytics, and meaningful insights to guide decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain dashboards using Power BI

• Extract, clean, and prepare data from various sources

• Work within the Azure environment, with a focus on Databricks and PySpark

• Utilise Snowflake for data processing (beneficial but not essential)

• Support machine learning projects where applicable

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into data solutions

• Communicate analytical findings clearly and effectively across the business

Key Skills:

• Strong experience building dashboards with Power BI

• Proficiency in data extraction, transformation, and preparation

• Experience working with Azure, Databricks, and PySpark

• Familiarity with Snowflake is advantageous

• Solid grounding in statistical concepts such as clustering

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to listen, understand, and deliver on business needs

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
