As a core engineer, you’ll build features and optimize algorithms that directly impact hospitals and nursing staff across the country - helping improve retention, reduce costs, and lighten administrative load.

About the Company

What You’ll Do:

• Own full-stack feature development, from frontend interfaces to backend systems
• Use AI/ML to boost scheduling accuracy and surface actionable insights
• Help shape a scalable, maintainable platform architecture
• Work closely with Product, Operations, and Customer teams to solve complex healthcare challenges
• Write clean, reliable code and foster best practices through reviews and team collaboration
• Step beyond coding to contribute to customer success and improve internal workflows

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years full-stack experience, ideally with:
• Frontend: React, TypeScript, Vite
• Backend: Node.js, NestJS, TypeORM
• Database: PostgreSQL
• Cloud: AWS or equivalent
• Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and focuses on delivering real value
• Product-minded with a clear sense of user needs and usability
• Strong communicator who works well with both technical and non-technical colleagues
