About the role:

We are looking for a talented and passionate Machine Learning Engineer to join the team.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience of relevant experience (in Machine Learning and Data Science);

- Strong mathematical background (degree from universities like Kyiv Polytechnic, Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko etc.);

- Solid knowledge of algorithms and data structures, strong grasp of OOP principles, and both theoretical and practical understanding of machine learning and deep learning;

- Practical experience working on NLP and tabular data ML tasks;

- Proficiency in Python, including experience with ML libraries and at least one deep learning framework (TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch);

- Ability to write clean, efficient, and production-ready code;

- Skilled in translating business needs into ML technical solutions;

- Hands-on experience in feature engineering, version control (Git), and containerization (Docker);

- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases to source and prepare data for modeling.

Nice to have:

- Experience in computer vision tasks or participation in hackathons/Kaggle competitions with strong results;

- Familiarity with Airflow for scheduling and monitoring tasks;

- Understanding of parallel processing in Python and experience with relevant libraries.

- Enhance the performance of existing CV, NLP, and other machine learning models;

- Develop new models from the ground up — from research and feature engineering to validation;

- Analyze large datasets to extract insights and generate hypotheses for modeling.
