About the Role

Navi is seeking a talented and innovative Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer 1, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our financial services products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design user-centric solutions that deliver exceptional experiences to our customers.

What We Expect From You

• Translate user insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Ensure that all design decisions are driven by a deep understanding of user behavior and preferences.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define design objectives and requirements.
• Brainstorm creative solutions and provide design recommendations based on project goals.
• Develop interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and usability.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table.

Must Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in product design, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and your design process.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
