Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with 13+ years of experience to manage server upgrade projects. The role involves assessing system vulnerabilities, working with SMEs to map outdated technologies, and creating upgrade plans for affected systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review vulnerability reports and assess system obsolescence.
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop a map of outdated technologies.
• Define and document upgrade strategies for affected servers.
• Provide periodic progress reports and risk maps.
• Strong technical project management and reporting skills.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of system security risks and upgrade solutions.
Required Skills:
• 13+ years of project management experience.
• Technical background with upgrade strategies and security risks.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer-facing service management roles.
