As a Software Engineer at ART, you will contribute to the design, development, and support of high-quality application solutions that deliver real value to our members. You’ll work with modern tools and technologies to build scalable, efficient, and maintainable software. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver software solutions aligned with ART’s strategic goals and business needs.
- Analyse, document, and implement changes and unit tests based on change requests.
- Diagnose and resolve incidents, identifying root causes and implementing fixes.
- Assist in software configuration and platform-specific testing.
- Investigate system and service issues and support the implementation of preventative measures.
- Design, code, test, and document moderately complex programs and scripts.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for systems, tools, and processes.
- Ability to adapt and are committed to continuous learning.
- Participate in planning, estimation, and feasibility assessments across platforms.
About You

Key Skills And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in .NET/C# development.
- Knowledge of Appian and/or BizTalk would be favourable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in software development tools and frameworks relevant to cloud environments.
- Experience with integration projects is desirable.
- Knowledge of relational databases management software/SQL.
- Experience with version control tools and automated build processes.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, release coordination, and QA processes.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and deliver outcomes in a team environment.
