Product Manager (Remote – Austria Based Only)

We are looking for a strategic and user-focused Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will own the product lifecycle from idea to launch, aligning user needs with business goals. You’ll work cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and customer teams to build and scale meaningful solutions.

This is a remote opportunity open only to candidates based in Austria.

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and priorities based on market research and user needs

• Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and specifications

• Lead cross-functional teams through product planning, development, and launch

• Gather and analyze feedback from users, internal teams, and stakeholders

• Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery

• Monitor product performance and iterate based on data and customer insights

• Align stakeholders around product vision, milestones, and metrics

• Located in Austria and authorized to work full-time

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role

• Skilled in product discovery, MVP definition, and iterative delivery

• Familiar with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Trello)

• Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills

• Analytical mindset with a customer-first approach

• Experience with B2B or SaaS products is a plus

• Fluent in English (German a bonus)
