Role: Data Scientist

Length: 6 months with possible extension

Location: Brussels

Work pattern: Hybrid (50%)

For the role you will have to:

• Utilize a range of analytical methodologies (generative AI and predictive AI), including GenAI techniques & methodologies: Prompt Engineering, RAG, Fine-tuning, speech-to-text, agentic application, image generation and interpretation, and classical statistical/machine learning techniques.
• Demonstrate extensive experience in programming with Python and contribute to deploying AI applications in production using a comprehensive stack of tools.
• Communicate the fruits of your work directly to the top management.
• Access one of the richest volumes of varied data in the market and apply your skills to it.
• Evolve in an environment where innovation and lean processes are praised, straight-forward communication is encouraged, and peers understand the meaning of team up.
• Work with a team of colleagues in an Agile organization who are ready to collaborate and to share their experience.

Must have requirements:

• You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in Data Science and Analytics.
• You have at least a Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline, such as statistics, mathematics or engineering.
• Efficient with Python.
• Experience with deep learning and pre trained models.
• English speaking.
• French OR Dutch speaking.

Nice to have:

• Domino.
• Git.
• GenAI frameworks: Langchain, haystack etc.
• GenAI experience for Finance.
