Data Science Leadership

• Develop and execute a holistic data strategy aligned with company objectives, leveraging insights to inform key business decisions and support strategic priorities.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to build data-driven products and advanced analytics solutions that deliver clear and measurable business impact.

• Provide strong strategic leadership with a clear understanding of how data science fuels business growth and competitive advantage.
• Define and communicate a compelling vision for your function, ensuring team objectives are aligned with broader organizational goals.
• Proactively identify and adopt emerging trends, tools, and technologies that can drive innovation and business value.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Influence

• Partner effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders, including senior executives, product managers, and engineering teams.
• Build and nurture strong cross-functional relationships to facilitate alignment and influence key decisions.
• Manage external partnerships with vendors, research institutions, and represent the company at industry forums and conferences

Experience Required:

• Extensive Experience: 8–10+ years of progressive experience in data science, with a strong track record in leading high-performing teams or serving in senior consulting roles.
• Team Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing managers and cultivating a culture of performance, innovation, and accountability within data science teams.
• Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in core data science disciplines including statistical analysis, causal inference, experimentation design, and predictive modelling.
• Applied Impact: Proven ability to apply data science methods to solve real-world problems, develop innovative data products, and generate actionable insights that drive measurable outcomes.
