Senior Fullstack Developer

Dublin (Hybrid - 3 days onsite) | €75,000-€90,000 + Strong Equity | React / Node.js / AI-driven Platform

We're working with a fast-growing start-up in Dublin that's building a next-gen platform to deliver fast, AI-powered consumer insights to some of the world's biggest brands.

They're now looking for a Senior JavaScript Developer to join their lean engineering team and play a key role in product delivery, technical direction, and day-to-day execution. You'll be working alongside a highly capable Team Lead, acting as their right-hand, helping shape both the product and the engineering culture.

This is not a corporate tech role - it's ideal for someone who's thrived in a start-up or scale-up, who enjoys solving problems quickly, wearing multiple hats, and being hands-on from day one.

• Building and shipping new features using React and Node.js
• Helping define technical direction and solve complex challenges with the Team Lead
• Contributing to product decisions, design discussions, and roadmap planning
• Supporting the delivery of AI-driven functionality across the platform
• Working cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Commercial teams
• Taking ownership and driving high-quality software delivery in a fast-paced environment
  
  

• 5+ years' professional experience as a JavaScript developer
• Strong hands-on skills with React.js and Node.js
• Strong communicator who thrives in start-up teams
• Experience working in lean environments, juggling priorities, and solving real problems
• You care about building great products, not just ticking Jira tickets
  
  

• Experience with TypeScript, Python, or Firebase
• Exposure to GCP, AWS, or CI/CD tooling (e.g., CircleCI)
• Interest in or experience with LLMs or AI platforms
• Testing experience (Jest, Cypress, etc.)
  
  

• Salary: €75,000-€90,000 depending on experience
• Strong stock option package - you'll have a real stake in the business
• 22 days' holiday (plus Christmas shutdown)
• Up to 1 month fully remote per year
• Hybrid: 3 days/week in the office (Dublin, City Centre)
