Junior Web Developer/Programmer

We are currently recruiting for a Junior Web Developer/Programmer.

• It is a mandatory requirement that the Resource proposed has the equivalent of 2+ years’ experience overall as a Web Developer/Programmer.
• 3 Month Contract
• Hybrid working arrangement
  
  

The following non-exhaustive list of Key Deliverables, are applicable to this Role:

• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code that adheres to coding standards and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems
• Support the team with the delivery of documentation, resources and templates, and share knowledge with the team
• Continuously improve software development processes and practices, including developing CI/CD practices, automated testing and version control.
  
  

The Following Experience/Competencies/Skillsets Are Applicable To This Role.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS; experience in R also being advantageous.
• Significant knowledge and experience of API request/response and JSON/XML data types.
• Knowledge and experience with JS asset management for a website.
• Ability to clearly document high-level and detailed designs and communicate to business stakeholders and delivery team.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated testing and release management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
