Role Overview

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Go Developer with at least 7 years of professional experience to join our growing team. As part of our remote-first company, you will collaborate with highly skilled professionals across the globe to design and build robust, scalable SaaS solutions that transform the recruitment landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable Go-based applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to define and deliver new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues to ensure reliability and stability.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps.
- Work effectively in a fully remote setup, adhering to EU time zone working hours.
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer, or similar role with experience in both backend and frontend technologies.
Technical Skills:
- Backend: Proficiency in Go technologies, and practical knowledge of internet technologies such as TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML, and XML.
- Frontend: Proficient in coding single-page JavaScript applications (SPAs) using modern frameworks such as React.js, Redux.js, JavaScript, Node.js, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of design patterns, multi-threaded programming, and service-oriented architectures including REST and JSON.
- Proficiency in HTML5/CSS3 and Object-Oriented JavaScript Frameworks, including TypeScript.
- Experience with AI or machine learning projects.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
- A fully remote, international work environment.
- Flexibility to work from anywhere within the EU time zone.
