About the role:

As a Quant Developer, you’ll work at the intersection of mathematics, blockchain, and quantitative modeling to build innovative decentralized systems. Your mission will include:

• Quantitative Modeling: Design and implement mathematical models for pricing, risk management, and liquidity optimization in DeFi protocols.
• Smart Contract Development: Develop and deploy secure, scalable smart contracts on EVM-compatible blockchains (e.g., Ethereum).
• DeFi Systems Design: Architect algorithms for collateralized lending, liquidation mechanisms, algorithmic tokenomics, and decentralized exchanges (DEXs).
• Data Analysis: Analyze on-chain financial data to inform decision-making and optimize protocol performance.
• Innovative Solutions: Contribute to developing new token models, oracles, automated trading frameworks, and market-making systems.

What you bring:

• Experience: 4+ years in quantitative finance, blockchain development, or algorithm design, with core knowledge in DeFi applications.
• Math Expertise: Strong background in mathematics, stochastic calculus, linear algebra, probability theory, and optimization.
• Smart Contract Knowledge: Advanced experience writing, deploying, and auditing smart contracts using Solidity, Vyper, or Rust.
• Crypto & Markets: Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems (e.g., Ethereum), DeFi protocols, tokenomics, and tools like oracles and GraphQL.
