Requirements:

• 3 plus year experience in HR IT (adaptation, employee engagement & retention, separation);
• Working experience in a large international company (100+ employees);
• English language, Upper-intermediate level and higher;
• Great experience in organization and implementation of the HR-processes;
• Experience in conducting employee satisfaction surveys;
• Experience in development and implementation of training and development programs for specialists;
• Experience in building inner channels of communication.

Responsibilities:

• Providing a full cycle of HR service in the company (onboarding, engagement & retention, offboarding);
• Development, implementation, and updating of policies and procedures;
• Ensuring the development and implementation of training and development programs for specialists;
• Advising managers on people management issues;
• Participation in the automation of HR processes;
• Сonduct HR processes of the company (Performance review, Satisfaction Survey, Salary Review, etc.);
• Data collection and analysis based on the company's HR metrics (length of work, labor efficiency, HR tracking, training, analysis of results and reduction of processes based on them);
• Improvement of existing HR processes based on analysis of their effectiveness and identification of opportunities for optimization;
• Presentation, development and implementation of HR initiatives that support and improve the company's brand.
