Junior Project Manager for the Business to Government Unit

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our Business to Government Unit, where we partner with public sector organizations to drive digital transformation, enhance operational efficiency, and improve access to public services through technology.

What You Will Do

• Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating project tasks and deliverables.
• Support internal and external communication, including status reports and meeting notes.
• Help manage project timelines, risks, and resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support requirements gathering, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Identify areas for improvement and contribute to the implementation of effective solutions.
  
  

This role is designed with growth in mind: as your skills develop, your responsibilities will expand. Depending on your interests and performance, you’ll have the opportunity to progress into a Project Manager role or pivot toward Business Analysis.

What We Expect From You

• Higher education or ongoing university studies.
• Some experience in project coordination, business analysis, or a related role (internships or junior-level experience are welcome).
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian (B2+ level).
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn.
• An analytical approach and interest in business processes.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, MS Project) is considered an advantage.
